FAQ about Superstar Face and body paint

We get so many calls and emails on a daily basis asking us about Superstar paint, so we thought we would write a blog on the most frequently asked questions.

Is Superstar easy to use? Yes very easy, the paint is used the same as any other cake paint, with a mist of water from your spray bottle to use with a sponge, and water on your brush for line work.

Does it melt in the heat? Superstar holds up extremely well in the heat, we have road tested this paint as have other and have found that its one of the best paints on the market when it comes to not melting.

Where is Superstar made? Superstar paint and glitter are made in Holland, The Face Painting Shop are the official UK distributor.

Are FAB paint and Superstar the same? YES, Sillyfarm have there own lables for Superstar paint and have called it FAB, this is for the American market only, its known as Superstar every were else in the world.

Does it stain the skin? Superstar paint is very gentle on the skin and so far we have had no staining issues at all, although any professional face painter will know that some colours will stain more than others, always recommend to your clients that they should wash any face paint off before they go to bed.
